Federal Civilian Sales Leadership Opportunity

TransUnion seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive growth within the US Federal Civilian market. As Sales Director US Federal Civilian, you will lead a team of individual contributors in pursuit of complex sales opportunities.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is $161,900.00 - $280,500.00, with a pay mix of 80-20 commission compensation. This role is eligible for bonus incentive(s).
About the JobIn this leadership position, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth within the Federal Civilian market.
- Leading a team of sales professionals through regular forecasting updates, monthly KPI reviews, and weekly pipeline examinations.
- Cultivating strong relationships with TransUnion's Public Sector LOB team, Solutions teams, data acquisition, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintaining market, customer, and competitive intelligence on fraud trends and mitigation solutions.
You will also foster a collaborative environment that promotes communication, team building, personal development, customer-directed innovation, and a positive company culture.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record of leading teams in complex enterprise sales environments, focusing on data and analytic solutions.
- Mastery of internal systems, policies, vocabulary, and processes, as well as experience working within and/or knowledge of the Public Sector industry.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing relationships with channel partners, including VARs, Systems Integrators, Platform Providers, OEM software providers, and Distributors.
- Familiarity with various Public Sector contract vehicle types and models, such as MAS contracts, GSA, AWS, BPA, GWAC, IDIQ.
- Excellent client engagement skills, including prospecting, relationship-building, deal-making, negotiating, and closing business.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience is required.
