Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored assistance throughout the home purchasing journey.

Lead Management: Efficiently handle incoming leads, qualifying potential clients and equipping them with essential information for informed decision-making.

Effective Communication: Ensure timely and clear communication with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to facilitate a seamless transaction process.

Client Follow-Up: Actively follow up with clients to foster relationships, address any inquiries, and provide continuous support during their property search.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of local market dynamics, property valuations, and industry trends to deliver accurate and current information to clients.


Qualifications

Licensing: An active real estate license for Kentucky is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or a similar field is advantageous.

Communication Proficiency: Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Client-Focused: A sincere commitment to assisting clients in achieving their real estate objectives and delivering exceptional service.
