Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with prospective clients, evaluate their requirements, and offer tailored assistance throughout the home-buying journey.

Lead Handling: Efficiently manage incoming leads, qualifying potential clients and supplying them with essential information to facilitate informed choices.

Effective Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with clients, team members, and industry partners to guarantee a seamless transaction process.

Client Follow-Up: Actively follow up with clients to cultivate relationships, address any inquiries, and provide continuous support during their property search.

Market Analysis: Remain updated on local market dynamics, property valuations, and industry trends to deliver precise and current information to clients.


Qualifications

Licensing: An active real estate license for Kentucky is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or a similar field is advantageous.

Communication Proficiency: Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to connect with a diverse clientele.
