We are looking for a dedicated Community Manager to join our organization. This role involves planning and managing various real estate activities and transactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all real estate transactions efficiently
- Engage and inform prospective residents
- Address and resolve resident concerns
- Enhance properties to boost return on investment
- Ensure timely processing of work orders and repair requests, maintaining electronic records
- Oversee and mentor property staff
- Implement and uphold property and association rules and regulations
- Ensure timely rent collection and manage evictions when necessary
- Maximize lease renewals and maintain high occupancy rates
- Maintain accurate records using Yardi software
- Respond promptly to marketing inquiries and utilize CRM software effectively
- Input bills into software for tracking and payment purposes
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property management or related fields is essential
- Proficiency in Yardi software is mandatory
- Understanding of real estate leases and Fair Housing regulations
- Strong ability to build relationships with residents
- Capability to inspire and lead a team towards success
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
