  • Understanding of real estate leases and Fair Housing regulations
  • Strong ability to build relationships with residents
  • Capability to inspire and lead a team towards success
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
