Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling cloud-based solutions to large enterprises and possess a deep understanding of data management and analytics technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive solution-specific sales motions and grow the customer's SAP footprint through renewal and expansion.
  2. Customer Engagement: Manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level and progress opportunities for move to cloud/expand footprint accounts or accounts that are new to the solution area.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work with the wider account team on sales campaigns and leverage SAP's comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about SAP's competition and value drivers, as well as deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes.
  5. Communication: Develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions and conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience selling database, data management, analytics, and/or technology solutions to large enterprises
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at the CXO level
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Teradata, Informatica, MapR, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudera, Hortonworks, or other associated data management technology
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and territory/account development

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $231,700 - $323,600 per year
