Business Development Executive

TGG Accounting is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities. This role involves managing incoming leads, proactively seeking new business opportunities, and establishing long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a track record of success in selling complex products or services. Familiarity with working alongside engineers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inbound Sales (Lead Follow-up & Qualification): Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Outbound Sales (Lead Generation & Networking): Develop and execute strategies to consistently grow and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Relationship Building & Account Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and addressed.
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 based on location and performance. The job requires a strong understanding of cleanroom design, construction, and maintenance, as well as experience with CRM software.
