Fitness Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our studio operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and grow our membership base.
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth
- Manage and train sales associates to meet sales targets
- Oversee inventory management and retail sales
- Hire and manage instructors to deliver high-quality classes
- Utilize ClubReady software to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing retail/service sales or fitness sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
