Business Development Executive

The Role:
This is a key position within AllView Real Estate, focusing on driving sales and revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential clients, building strong relationships with industry partners, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and qualification techniques
* Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to key decision-makers in the Southern California real estate market
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless delivery of services
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales decisions
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry
* Strong knowledge of the Greater Orange County area real estate market and regulations
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
