Position Summary

As a Senior Care Sales Consultant at Home Instead, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with referral sources and generate quality leads that convert into clients benefiting from our home care services, ultimately supporting our agency's revenue objectives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in external sales, particularly within senior services, care management, or healthcare industries.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities with a proven track record of developing and closing high-quality leads.
  • Successful experience in enhancing brand visibility and driving market share through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in establishing, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and clients, leading to significant revenue growth.
  • Skilled at leveraging relationships to foster ongoing business development and client loyalty.
  • Highly adept at analyzing sales metrics and utilizing data to inform effective sales strategies and decisions.
  • Exceptionally organized, capable of managing a diverse portfolio while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve over 90% of your revenue targets each quarter.
  • Successfully convert referral provider leads into new clients.
  • Expand the list of actively referring providers.
  • Provide weekly, data-driven insights into sales performance and use this analysis to refine your sales strategy.
  • Ensure that referral providers in your portfolio are well-informed about all Home Instead services and products through effective communication.
  • Consistently utilize CRM tools to document and update your weekly activity plan and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, physicians, care managers, and home health providers. Your networking abilities will be essential in sustaining these vital connections.
  • Conduct new client consultations as necessary to support referral provider relationships and act as the main liaison between referral sources and the franchise office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Distribute informational materials and actively engage in promotional efforts to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate in developing new business partnerships and prepare compelling presentations for potential partners, utilizing your creativity and strategic thinking to broaden our market reach.
  • Implement innovative marketing techniques while staying informed about competitors' pricing and strategies, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
