Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Engage with current clients and prospects, presenting our virtual tax solutions with clarity and a focus on aligned expectations. All outbound calls are directed to warm leads/prospects. No cold calling.
  • Identify Opportunities: Analyze case work to uncover sales opportunities and ways to provide additional value to clients.
  • Build Relationships: Foster B2B referral partnerships, ensuring mutual success and compliance with CTAX underwriting standards.
  • Deliver Excellence: Carefully document and notate client interactions to support ongoing sales initiatives and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of inside sales experience, with a proven history in B2C consultative sales. Experience in debt resolution, financial services, or high-ticket consumer offerings is preferred.
  • Consultative Closer: Demonstrated ability to listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and customize your approach based on client needs. Your consultative style will help establish trust and long-lasting relationships while closing sales.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, adeptness with technology, and a talent for managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive Approach: A sense of urgency that drives you to take initiative and make things happen.
  • Education: A four-year college degree or a two-year junior college degree is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
