ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Senior Wellness Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the studio Owner to drive membership growth and enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Acting as both a sales and operational leader during your shifts, you will manage a team of Wellness Consultants while delivering outstanding customer service to assist clients with class choices, membership questions, and product purchases. We seek a passionate individual who enjoys engaging with the community and contributing to a thriving YogaSix family.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and detail-oriented with a positive demeanor
  • Demonstrated success in sales and providing exceptional customer service
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales objectives
  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Quick to learn and utilize studio management technologies
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Excel and social media
  • Willingness to participate in special events and training sessions
  • Part-time position requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation and closing
  • Meet and exceed sales targets established by the Owner
  • Oversee the operational and sales functions of Wellness Consultants
  • Provide training and mentorship to Wellness Consultants
  • Conduct studio tours for potential clients to build relationships and drive sales
  • Stay updated on products, programs, and pricing to effectively promote offerings
  • Uphold the studio's mission as a provider of wellness services
  • Schedule quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Engage in community initiatives to enhance studio visibility and attract new clients
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment
  • Take initiative in developing sales skills
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role involves physical demands necessary for effective performance
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak times
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods, as well as reach, bend, lift, kneel, and drive
  • Capability to lift weights up to 40 pounds and navigate stairs
