Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff, providing training on GRAPH methodologies.
  • Transform client challenges into well-defined problem statements and devise structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Supervise and contribute to the research process, ensuring data integrity and comprehensiveness.
  • Lead both quantitative and qualitative analyses, ensuring the robustness of findings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external experts to develop innovative value creation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, facilitating successful project outcomes.
  • Innovate new delivery methods and processes.
  • Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor, contributing to business development efforts.
  • Develop valuable intellectual assets and deepen expertise in specific sectors or methodologies.
  • Exemplify and promote GRAPH's core values.

Qualifications:

  • Proven academic excellence.
  • Three to five years of experience in a leading consulting firm or corporate strategy role, with a focus on M&A, Private Equity, and growth strategy.
  • A strong passion for business and a keen intellectual curiosity.
  • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A commitment to building a long-term career in consulting.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
