Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, imparting knowledge of GRAPH methodologies.
  • Transform client challenges into structured problem statements and develop effective problem-solving frameworks.
  • Supervise and enhance the investigative research process to guarantee comprehensive and accurate data.
  • Lead both quantitative and qualitative analyses, ensuring the integrity of conclusions drawn.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external experts to devise innovative value creation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, facilitating successful project outcomes.
  • Innovate delivery methods and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster existing client relationships as a trusted advisor and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Create valuable intellectual capital and develop expertise in specific sectors or methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated academic excellence.
  • Three to five years of experience in a leading consulting firm or corporate strategy role, particularly in commercial decision advisory for M&A, Private Equity, and growth strategy clients.
  • A profound enthusiasm for business and a strong intellectual curiosity.
  • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a positive team-oriented mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A commitment to building a long-term career in consulting.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
