Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Account Representative to join our team at Mariner Finance. As a key member of our sales and collections team, you will be responsible for supporting branch operations, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales and delinquency targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive customer service by solving problems, presenting loan solutions, and offering sales products.
  • Process credit loan applications, analyze credit and financial information, and contact customers with past due balances.
  • Achieve consistent results by meeting or exceeding individual and branch goals related to sales and collections.
  • Learns federal, state, and local application consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
  • Maintain a cash drawer, process payments, and deliver daily deposits to financial institutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs.
  • Ability to complete essential duties in a timely and accurate manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cash handling, selling, and/or collecting experience.
  • Some college coursework.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.
