Program Highlights
- Comprehensive, sales-specific training program to fast-track growth and development.
- Work closely with White Cap sales leaders in a 6-12 month program to develop skills, customer and supplier relationships, and product knowledge.
- Participate in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn the White Cap business model, products, vendors, customer needs, and sales approach.
- Sell White Cap value proposition and products, preparing and executing account plans, and entering customer orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including operation of a company vehicle more than 80% of the average work week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or one to two years of sales or related field experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members.
- Requires strong self-governance, proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed, goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics.
- Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities, and Spanish language proficiency.
