Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business with large end users directly, developing and managing action plans and selling strategies to penetrate new end users and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new end users and accounts in the industrial and commercial segments.
- Build strong relationships with key end user customers and accounts, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and issues.
- Prospect and develop sales opportunities with current direct end user accounts and new targeting accounts.
- Work with internal departments to understand pricing structures and assist with pricing negotiations and proposals.
- Provide product awareness and value proposition training to target accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in successful end user sales.
- Solid listening, negotiating, and closing skills.
- Ability to establish a sales process to drive repeatable success.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel extensively, with greater than 50% travel required.
