Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Centric Business Systems - powered by UBEO. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling business technology solutions to new and existing customers through prospecting and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present solutions to clients.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion in assigned territories.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales and activity quotas.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with sales managers, trainers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
