We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the U.S. as an Advertiser Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, including identifying new prospects, pitching, coordinating with Legal on IO agreements, and handing off to relevant account management teams. You will also identify and develop new sales verticals that can benefit from Unity's suite of ad products.

About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth by partnering with advertisers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving them to success. Key responsibilities include representing Unity at industry events and conferences, leading our team's presence at each event, and using internal BI and analytical tools to drive business decisions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the advertising, gaming, and/or app industries.
  • A history of consistently reaching sales quotas/attainment targets.
  • Ability to intimately understand and articulate technical products and services.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $81,600 — $110,400 USD per year, depending on location and level, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
