About the Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Account Executive to join our SMB & Mid-Market Merchant Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth in 2025 and beyond. You'll develop a high-quality pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market merchants, drive the sales process from start to close, and onboard prospects to generate issuance volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a high-quality pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market merchants with the goal of driving higher loan issuance for Wisetack
- Drive the sales process from start to close, onboarding prospects and helping them become active users of Wisetack financing
- Perform product demonstrations with prospects using screen share over Zoom
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Growth teams (e.g., with Enterprise Sales team on high-value customers, with SDR team for lead generation)
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships with a track record of exceeding targets
- Hunter mentality with a high degree of comfort executing all stages of the sales lifecycle
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional internal teams
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position is $100,000 plus commission, equity, and benefits. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
