Position Summary:
This full-time role involves managing title and registration processes for various dealerships. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of DMV procedures across multiple states, particularly Oregon and California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate completion of all DMV paperwork prior to submission.
- Coordinate the delivery of documentation to relevant vendors or state DMV offices.
- Process correction requests while effectively communicating with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors and state DMVs to track the status of submissions.
- Follow up with internal departments regarding any missing documentation necessary for processing.
- Provide timely updates on the status of DMV submissions as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of nationwide DMV processes and requirements is essential.

Physical Requirements:
- The role may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
