- Financial Management: Assess patients' financial status and refer them to financial support programs and benefit enrollment specialists as needed, ensuring that patients receive the support they need to access our services.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Check-in patients for appointments across various care modalities, manage schedules through our centralized booking system, and support outreach to patients about upcoming appointments and needed care.
- Payment and Billing: Collect payments, co-pays, and accurately apply payments to patient accounts, issuing receipts to patients as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve workflows, identify gaps, and enhance patient experience, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and care.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1 year experience in a medical, dental, or customer service setting preferred.

- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
