The Title and Registration Specialist serves as a crucial liaison between Driveway, the selling dealership, and the third-party vendor responsible for title processing. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of customer documentation throughout the operational process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate transactions between the selling dealership and the title processing vendor.
  2. Accurately process all transaction paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Verify customer documents as required to ensure compliance.
  4. Maintain robust operational controls to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in DMV operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with New and Used Car Title and Licensing processes is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
