The Title and Registration Specialist serves as a crucial liaison between Driveway, the selling dealership, and the third-party vendor responsible for title processing. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of customer documentation throughout the operational process.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate transactions between the selling dealership and the title processing vendor.
- Accurately process all transaction paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
- Verify customer documents as required to ensure compliance.
- Maintain robust operational controls to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in DMV operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with New and Used Car Title and Licensing processes is advantageous.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
