  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
