Regional Industry Sales Lead for Automotive Enterprise

We are looking for a Regional Industry Sales Leader for our Automotive Enterprise & AI business to grow adoption of our ground-breaking AI, cloud and data center solutions required to realize R&D and business transformation across the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring NVIDIA's automotive enterprise product portfolio to market in EMEA, ensuring key customers have transparency and understanding of NVIDIA's strategies and products.
- Drive customer engagement at all levels and engage key customer teams on the adoption of NVIDIA technology.
- Grow & manage the revenue pipeline ensuring quarterly revenue expectations are met.
- Design partnership models to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies within the target customer base.
- Work with channel partners to jointly address customer opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from a leading University or equivalent experience.
- 10+ overall years of sales or business development experience in the automotive industry with demonstrated ability working with field sales teams.
- Shown success of building positive partnerships with large organizations.
- Proven track record of sales execution overachievement.
- Confirmed ability to work optimally in highly matrixed organization.
- 5+ years of experience leading & empowering a virtual team of sales managers.
- Meaningful experience related to global partnerships and establishing joint sales models and metrics.
- Frequent travel expected.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with leading and closing sophisticated deal negotiations and alliances.
- Knowledge of enterprise computing software and services pricing strategies, channel economics, and hybrid computing platforms both on-prem and cloud offerings.
- Deep understanding of applications and workflows bringing to bear Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI.
- Strong executive network in the European automotive space.
