Job Title: Sales Account Manager

At IBS Electronics, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt for new opportunities by generating and pursuing leads.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to establish relationships and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and attend quarterly business reviews (QBR) to develop strategies and discover opportunities.
  • Participate in internal product training and conduct client-focused product training to ensure a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, answering technical questions, and following through on sales cycles.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, industry news, competitor activities, and innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • A degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic component sales.
  • Proven track record of success in account management and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
