Job Overview

The Executive Assistant to the Head of Sales plays a crucial role in supporting the sales leadership team by managing day-to-day operations, streamlining communication, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support
  • Manage the Head of Sales' calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle all communications on behalf of the Head of Sales, including responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales objectives.
Meeting Coordination
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including sales team meetings, client meetings, and cross-departmental sessions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items for follow-up.
Project Management
  • Support the execution of key sales initiatives and projects, ensuring timely completion and reporting on progress.
  • Serve as the point of contact for project-related communication between sales leadership and other departments.
Client and Stakeholder Liaison
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-level clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Event and Travel Coordination
  • Organize and plan sales events, conferences, and other team-building activities.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries for the Head of Sales and other key team members as required.
Budget and Expense Management
  • Manage expenses, budgets, and invoices related to the Head of Sales, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Miscellaneous Support
  • Provide support for ad hoc requests and special assignments from the Head of Sales.
  • Ensure the Head of Sales is well-prepared for meetings, presentations, and other professional obligations.
