Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Solar Sales Representative with strong industry experience to join our team. In this role, you will focus on selling additional products to current service customers who we have worked with to troubleshoot their existing solar systems. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting system add-ons, batteries, roofing, and EV car chargers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Virtual Presentations: Deliver solar and battery proposals to customers statewide.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Grow a healthy pipeline of up-sell opportunities with our existing customer base.
- Assess Customer Needs: Ensure accurate proposals by conducting thorough assessments of customer needs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Develop upsell strategies and materials with the marketing and sales teams.
- Record Customer Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in SalesForce.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and goals.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and upselling best practices.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in sales, especially with solar and batteries post NEM 3.0.
- Solar Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the solar industry, including system components and add-ons.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SalesForce and proposal tools like Aurora, Solo, Quativa is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
