Key Responsibilities:- Process ACH transactions and returns
- Manage controlled accounts and reconcile Rits
- Handle customer telephone transfers and IRS backup withholding
- Process large item reviews and input daily treasury rates
- Manage lockbox deposits and non-posted items
- Perform department callbacks and report reviews
- Generate daily notices and complete reconcilement of the bank-controlled account
- Support online banking and cash management services
- Proof corrections and orders branch cash
- Stop payments and monitor Reg D Money Market accounts
- Name account maintenance and armored courier service setup
- Credit ratings and VOD performance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and provide error resolution
- Open and maintain retirement accounts and process retirement transactions
- Adhere to bank policies and support management decisions and goals
- Complete required training and ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Good working knowledge of branch operational functions, products, procedures, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead and work with individuals and groups
- Excellent customer service skills to respond to inquiries and complaints
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
- Associates degree or equivalent banking-related experience
- 2-3 years of general banking operations or related back-office experience
- Minimum one year of teller experience and one year of customer service account concepts and bank regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel functions and personal computer skills
