Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and licensed commercial real estate agent to join our team at Wallace Real Estate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting property owners in selling and leasing their office buildings and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on market trends and conditions.
    • Analyze financial and analytical data to determine the best possible purchase price for clients.
  • Negotiation and Transaction Management
    • Handle client negotiations and transactions with professionalism and expertise.
    • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and legally.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language.
    • Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in commercial real estate sales or a related field.
    • Knowledge of marketing and advertising practices.
