Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in the real estate sector? We are currently looking for THREE motivated Appointment Setters / Real Estate Assistants to connect with prospective sellers and buyers, and to facilitate appointments for our Outside Sales Team. This position offers a stable 40-hour workweek with a blend of base salary and commission structure. By securing just 3 appointments each day, you could potentially earn an annual income between $65,000 and $95,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Expectations:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding properties.
  • Schedule in-person appointments for our outside sales representatives.
  • No marketing or advertising responsibilities required.
  • Manage all provided buyer and seller leads effectively.
  • Maintain a consistent workweek schedule.
  • Engage with clients without the pressure of managing listings.
  • No requirement to transport buyers.
  • Accountability through daily reporting.
  • Handle appointments through designated platforms.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Self-driven with a strong desire for success.
