Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out and follow up with leads to enhance sales opportunities
- Engage with clients to understand their housing preferences and assist them in finding their ideal home
- Identify new business opportunities within designated areas to support our growth
- Oversee the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction experience for clients
- Provide exceptional service and expert advice to nurture client relationships and encourage repeat business
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Excellent time management skills and organizational capabilities
- Proficient with technology
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one
