Compensation:

$50,000 - $300,000 based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out and follow up with leads to enhance sales opportunities
  • Engage with clients to understand their housing preferences and assist them in finding their ideal home
  • Identify new business opportunities within designated areas to support our growth
  • Oversee the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction experience for clients
  • Provide exceptional service and expert advice to nurture client relationships and encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in sales is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient with technology
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one
