Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out and follow up with leads to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their housing preferences and assist them in finding their ideal home.
  • Identify new business opportunities within designated areas to drive growth.
  • Oversee the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction experience for clients.
  • Consistently provide exceptional service and expert advice to nurture client relationships and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Proficient with technology.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • A valid Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one is required.
