By successfully scheduling just three appointments each day, you could achieve an annual income between $65,000 and $95,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Role Will Include:

  • Timely responses to property inquiries and requests.
  • Scheduling in-person appointments for our outside sales representatives.
  • Managing all provided buyer and seller leads.
  • Maintaining a consistent work schedule.
  • Focusing on client interactions without the pressure of managing listings.
  • Daily accountability through reporting.
  • Handling appointments through the Zillow Flex system.
  • Participating in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Self-driven with a strong desire for success.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology tools.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • No Real Estate License is required.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
