Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tours of commercial properties and evaluate maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and analytical data.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and leads to ensure exceptional service.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, collaborating with loan officers and attorneys to ensure transactions are legal, accurate, and completed efficiently.
  • Analyze the real estate market and provide clients with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Identify acquisition opportunities and expand your network of leads to support future growth.
