Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager Gaming to lead our day-to-day social media operations across our gaming brands' social media accounts, products, and lifestyle marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, community growth, and brand awareness across our gaming portfolio.
  • Lead the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, live event coverage, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Creative Services, and Lifestyle Marketing, to ensure seamless communications and aligned goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of social media managers and specialists, driving planning, communications, and measured progress towards goals.
  • Serve as a senior support to the digital leadership group, shaping social media strategy and prioritizing community-oriented programming and resources.
  • Lead reporting and analysis, focusing on clear, consistently measured impact with action-oriented reporting, and bring new trends, ideas, and philosophies to the business for exploration.
  • Liaise with partnership teams to plan co-marketing efforts, including ambassadors, digital creators, and influencers, social followers, and event/IP partners.
Requirements
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields with a background in Digital Marketing.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in Social Media.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in creative content and strategy.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Experience with social media Software as a Service (SAAS) platforms and content management systems is preferred.
Compensation

Base salary pay: USD 74,655.00 to USD 99,535.00
