Position Overview:


The Social Media Advertising Specialist will be instrumental in strategizing and executing media buying initiatives across paid social channels for all Monster Energy brands in regions including Latin America, Canada, Asia, and Oceania.

This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Media for International, providing functional support to international teams with a strong emphasis on campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop, manage, and enhance advertising campaigns on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

- Lead the media buying strategy for international markets in partnership with Digital Managers.

- Construct and refine media campaigns utilizing social platforms, particularly focusing on Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and YouTube.

- Collaborate with local Digital Managers and regional Marketing teams to ensure comprehensive management of biddable media campaigns.

- Set and optimize bids across various levels including placement, ad set, device, and geographic targeting.

- Utilize consumer insights and marketing analytics to formulate effective media strategies.

- Regularly manage and track campaign budgets to ensure efficient ad spend and alignment with campaign objectives.

- Conduct tests and analyze various elements such as targeting, ad creative, landing pages, and placements to optimize results.

- Consolidate insights and best practices across regions to enhance efficiency and maintain consistency in market strategies for all brands.

- Collaborate with the Analytics Team to create performance reports that evaluate and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing ongoing recommendations for improvements.

- Contribute to Quarterly Marketing Reviews and management presentations that highlight performance metrics, insights from testing, and strategic opportunities.

- Maintain media budgets and comprehensive budget summaries for assigned campaigns.

- Familiarity with programmatic buying and the ability to establish private marketplace deals in DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon is highly advantageous.

- Stay updated on digital industry trends and emerging platforms.


Qualifications:


- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital channels, particularly social media networks and programmatic advertising.

- Bachelor's degree in fields such as computer science, marketing, advertising, media studies, or business.

- Must demonstrate proactivity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

- Strong expertise in Paid Media, Media Buying, and Social Media is essential.

- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and eCommerce is a plus.

- Proven capability to educate teams on complex media and measurement concepts.

- International experience in buying and optimizing digital media is beneficial.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; additional languages are a plus.


Technical Skills:


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Digital media certifications and training are mandatory, with Google and Meta certifications being essential; TikTok and Twitter certifications are advantageous.


Compensation:
