We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cheerleading Coach to join our team at i9 Sports - Aspen Management. As a Cheerleading Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging practice sessions, teaching fundamental skills, and fostering a positive youth sports culture.

• Practice Session Leadership: Design and deliver practice sessions that focus on skill development, enjoyment, and sportsmanship values.
• Instruction and Demonstration: Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including cheerleading techniques and safety protocols.
• Communication and Teamwork: Utilize established platforms to effectively communicate game day information to players, parents, and colleagues.
• Customer Service: Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service to athletes, parents, and colleagues.

• Age and Experience: Must be 16 years of age or older and have a minimum of 2 years of cheerleading or dance experience.
• Transportation and Technology: Reliable transportation to and from the work site and access to a phone with internet capability.
• Communication and Coaching Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and colleagues, as well as sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in cheerleading.
• Independence and Flexibility: Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and adapt to a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
• Criminal Background Check: Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check is required.
