We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cheerleading Coach to join our team at i9 Sports - Aspen Management. As a Cheerleading Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging practice sessions, teaching fundamental skills, and fostering a positive youth sports culture.
Key Responsibilities- Practice Session Leadership: Design and deliver practice sessions that focus on skill development, enjoyment, and sportsmanship values.
- Instruction and Demonstration: Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to instill positive values in athletes.
- Communication and Teamwork: Utilize established platforms to effectively communicate game day information to players and parents, and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of cheerleading or dance experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Access to a phone with internet capability.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in cheerleading.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
- Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check is required.
