Job Description

The Director of Human Resources leads our North American HR operations in Canada and USA, partnering collaboratively with stakeholders to create a culture of excellence and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building the HR infrastructure for the employee life cycle
  • Maintaining a high-quality central HR function, including technology, systems, and tools to support policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian laws and regulations
  • Managing labor and employee relations issues, creating a first-class recruiting experience, and leading employee engagement and retention strategies

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or Organizational Development, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources. A collaborative leader with HRIS implementation experience and a strong understanding of employment law, recruitment, and selection is preferred.

This is a salary position with a pay range of $125,000-150,000 annually, DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K employer match, 10 paid holidays, accrued sick and paid time off, access to EAP, and tuition reimbursement.
