Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Library Binding Service, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Western region of the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while prospecting for new business opportunities
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the territory, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Provide product training and sales support for new and existing customers
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the territory
- Stay up-to-date on company product/service offerings and industry developments
- 5+ years of high-performance selling experience with similar products, preferably in the bookbinding, cloth, paper, custom corrugated packaging, and/or luxury packaging industries
- Proven experience in a "hunter" sales capacity, actively engaged in outbound activities to gain new business and build a pipeline in assigned territory/region
- Proven territory management experience to include developing and implementing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and regional sales plans, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- CRM experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Base pay range $90,000-$100,000 based on experience
- Variable pay company with an estimated on-target earnings up to $125,000
- $400 monthly home office stipend to cover internet/phone and other home office costs
