Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

ArmorCode Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in SoCal and several secondary territories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with key customer stakeholders, and expanding our customer base within multiple vertical markets for application, cloud, and infrastructure security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and customers to understand their needs and position our platform as the solution of choice.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including enterprise accounts, mid-market companies, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and other internal teams to ensure alignment and drive customer success.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to regularly track progress, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales roles, with a focus on application, cloud, and/or infrastructure security solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a clear plan to attack a wide territory with several customers and many opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a startup, fast-paced, dynamic, quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to efficiently follow up and qualify leads from many sources.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
