Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new and existing clients in the US IT staffing market. This role involves developing and executing business development strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure alignment between business development and recruitment activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development strategies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the IT staffing industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
