Regional Sales Manager Flanders

Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets in the Flanders region. This involves leading a sales team, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and ensuring the region's sales force is adequately staffed and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and direct a sales team to achieve sales targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the dental or medical device industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
