About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at NICE. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in our target sectors, including Telco, Utilities, Logistics, Healthcare, and Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in our target sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business cases to support investment in our ContactEngine software and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy and approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the IT and SaaS industries, including customer engagement and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling business cases.
