Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Courtyard Oklahoma City Airport. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest requests, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
