Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Colcord Hotel. The ideal candidate will be able to maximize room revenue and occupancy while maintaining a friendly and service-oriented approach to all guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective sales and marketing strategies, while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Listen, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by colleagues and guests, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • Work with and understand financial information and data, including basic arithmetic functions, to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel front desk position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs.
