- Communication: Engage in open and educational communication with patients, providing clear explanations of their visit and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Dental Office Experience: Experience working in a dental office, preferably in a multi-specialty setting.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Dentrix and Dolphin dental software.
- Certifications: CPR-BLS, RDA, or other related dental certifications.
