Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Team Member to join our team. As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Build relationships with customers and provide personalized service
- Handle customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries
- Process customer transactions, including payments and refunds
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer information and sales data
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
