Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Associate to join our team at Digitas. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR team in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-own the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits and company policies
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of HR programs and systems, including leave of absence, HRIS updates, and performance management
  • Partner with the HR team to implement HR initiatives regionally
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets, schedules, and timelines for HR projects

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a business-related field
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing communication environment
