Forrest Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Records Specialist to join our team. As an HR Records Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the consolidation and digitization of employee records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and consolidating employee records, managing the creation, archival, and destruction of records
- Accurately classify records, ensuring they are properly filed and in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Streamline and migrate employee records from various systems into the company's centralized records system
- Review and digitize historical paper records, overseeing the secure destruction of physical copies once digitized
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience with HR records and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with federal/state labor and employment laws and regulations
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
